Innovative technology
Fiskars Hard Edge knives have been designed with revolutionary LZR-EDGE™ technology. In this technology metal-carbamide particles are lasered on the cutting edge of the blade to keep the edge sharp 4x longer. This enhances the sharpness and durability of regular stainless-steel blade and therefore offers excellent performance and high-quality kitchen knives.
Comfortable to use, easy to maintain
The Hard Edge knife handles feature an ergonomic design with a unique 3D pattern to ensure comfortable and safe grip. The Hard Edge knives are dishwasher safe. The knife is easy to maintain, when needed, it is easy to re-sharpen: any sharpening tool can be used. The Hard Edge knives are designed in Finland.

New sustainable packaging
Fiskars has developed new and more sustainable packaging format for Hard Edge knives. New packaging is made from carboard and only thin film of plastic is used to seal the packaging. The packaging can be recycled with carton waste.
